Overview
This adults-only guest house is in the heart of the Lake District, between Windermere and Bowness. It has free Wi-Fi, free on-street parking and tasty breakfasts.The Invergarry Guest House is less than a mile from Windermere Rail Station and the shops, bars and restaurants of Windermere and Bowness town centres.
There is a bus stop just outside the house and Invergarry offers its own guide to local walks. There is also a guest dining room with books, board games and a wood-burning stove.
The large rooms have en suite showers and flat-screen TVs with Freeview digital channels. There are hairdryers, radio alarm clocks, tea/coffee facilities and homemade cake.
A full traditional cooked breakfast is available from 08:15 to 09:00 each day. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order and are made using fresh, local produce and homemade preserves.
